The SEARIDERS warehouse in South Florida is located within Foreign Trade Zone #25 in Port Everglades. This means that our clients have the option of standard domestic warehouse services or utilize the advantages of being inside a Foreign Trade Zone, which U.S.Customs describes as being “Extra-territorial to the United States” for Duty and Customs purposes.

This means that you have the option of warehousing your products in domestic warehouse operations, just like anyone else OR take advantage of keeping your merchandise in a “FREE ZONE” status delaying payment of Customs duties until sold or re-exported.

Another advantage to being inside an “FTZ” is security. Since the entire zone is essentially a Customs Bonded area, security is tight……. and effective.
