SnapRate™ ©1994-2004 was originally created to allow SEARIDER's clients to access our database of rates and costs to ship vehicles to worldwide destinations. The system has now been upgraded to allow anyone with internet capability to get shipping cost estimates on boats, cars and general cargo quickly and effectively. You can even "accept" the quote (subject to confirmation) and tentatively "book" your cargo for the next sailing.

If you've ever waited on "hold" while someone tries to look up rates and costs and then waited another day for a written confirmation, you will understand why we have developed SNAPRATE©.

We've provided a number of resources here that will help you to calculate shipping costs. The use of SNAPRATE© is fairly simple and requires only that you make a series of choices. If you decide to accept the quotation, you can then make a "preliminary booking" that will result in an e-mail to our operations section. The booking portion of SNAPRATE© will require that you enter some basic contact information. You will then be contacted to confirm the details of your shipment.

All information in SNAPRATE© is updated on a regular basis but rates quoted should be confirmed at time of booking. Rates can change, sometimes on a daily basis. So, while these rates should be accurate, please confirm them when you are contacted to confirm your booking.
